American Heart Association Instructor Course

The BLS Instructor and/or Heartsaver Instructor course is designed to prepare instructor candidates to teach American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider and Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED courses. Instructor candidates learn how to use AHA Instructor teaching materials, ensure that students meet learning objectives, offer student coaching skills, provide an objective skills performance evaluation, and follow AHA Instructor and course policies.
